Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating a Nuhdge account you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't create an account.

2. What Nuhdge is

Nuhdge lets you create a digital profile you share by QR code, NFC tap, or link, so people can view your contact details and optionally share their own back. It is provided as-is, at whatever stage of development it is currently in. This is an early product and features may change.

3. Your account

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the details on your card. Don't impersonate anyone or misrepresent who you are.
  • One card per account today. That limit may change in later tiers.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
  • You must be at least 16 to create an account.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use Nuhdge to:

  • Publish illegal, harassing, or fraudulent content on your card.
  • Impersonate another person or organisation.
  • Harvest visitor details without a legitimate purpose, or to send spam.
  • Work around rate limits, security measures, or access other people's data.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

5. Content ownership

You own what you upload. By uploading it you allow Nuhdge to host and display it as needed to run the service, such as showing your photo on your public card. We don't claim ownership and don't use it for anything beyond operating the product for you.

6. Visitor submissions

When someone shares their details through your card, that data joins your contact list under the consent they gave at the time. You are responsible for handling it appropriately. Don't use it for anything they wouldn't reasonably expect from exchanging contact details with you.

7. Ending your account

  • You can delete your account at any time from Settings in your dashboard. It is permanently deleted 30 days later unless you cancel by logging back in.
  • We may suspend or close your account for breaking these terms, with notice where practical.

8. No warranty and limits on liability

Nuhdge is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Nuhdge is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of it. This is an early-stage product: expect bugs, and don't rely on it for anything critical yet.

9. Changes to these terms

If these terms change we'll update the effective date above. Continuing to use Nuhdge after a change means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law
