Do I pay every month?

No. The card is paid once: ₹499 for Classic or ₹799 for Personal, shipping included. Nothing is added at checkout.

Do I need a card at all?

Only for tapping, and to keep more than 25 contacts. Your Nuhdge Profile, link and QR code are free without one.

What's the difference between Classic and Personal?

Classic is black, with the NUHDGE design on the front and your QR code on the back. No name is printed. Personal is printed for you in silver foil: your name and title on the front, and on the back your QR code with a line of your own. Putting your logo in place of NUHDGE is coming soon.

How do I pay?

Online, when you place your order from your dashboard: UPI, card or netbanking, through Razorpay. Your order is confirmed as soon as the payment goes through.

How long does delivery take?

Each card is encoded to your account, and a Personal card is printed for you, so once your order is confirmed we tell you when to expect it. After dispatch it takes 2 to 4 working days to metro cities and 4 to 7 to the rest of India. We ship within India only.

I have a referral code from a friend.

Open the link they sent, or type the code in the order form. The discount shows in your total before you order, and comes off the whole order.

Can I cancel an order?

Yes, for a full refund, any time before it is dispatched. After that, tell us within 7 days of delivery if it arrived damaged, doesn't work or is the wrong one, and we replace it or refund you. A parcel lost in transit is replaced at no cost. The refund policy has the details.

Can I gift a card to someone?

Yes. Cards are encoded to the account that orders them, so for now we set gifts up with you by hand: write to us with who it's for and which card, and we'll sort out the rest. Gifting from the shop itself is coming soon.

Can I get a fully custom card, in metal or PVC?

Coming soon. Custom Metal and Custom Classic cards, with your own design, are on the way. They aren't available to order yet and nothing is charged for them. Classic and Personal are the cards you can order today.

Does it work on every phone?

Most iPhones from the XS onwards, and Android phones with NFC switched on, open your card with a tap. Any phone with a camera can scan your QR code instead.

What if I lose my card?

Unlink it from your dashboard and taps stop opening your card. Order another whenever you like: your link and your contacts stay exactly as they are.
