Do I pay every month?
No. The Nuhdge card is paid once: ₹499 for Classic or ₹799 for Personal, shipping included. Pro, when it launches, is the only monthly plan, and it is optional.
Is Free really free?
Yes. Everything on the Free plan costs nothing, with no time limit. Free keeps up to 25 contacts; a Nuhdge card makes that unlimited.
What happens after 25 contacts?
Nothing is deleted. New contacts just can't be saved, and the form for sharing details back is hidden on your card, so nobody fills it in for nothing. Link a Nuhdge card and the limit is gone.
What's the difference between Classic and Personal?
Classic is black, with the NUHDGE design on the front and your QR code on the back. No name is printed. Personal is printed for you: your name and title on the front, in your colour, and on the back your QR code with a line of your own. Putting your logo in place of NUHDGE is coming soon.
How do I pay for a card?
Place your order from your dashboard and we contact you to confirm it and arrange payment. There is no online payment yet, so nothing is charged when you place the order.
How long does delivery take?
Each card is encoded to your account, and a Personal card is printed for you, so we tell you when to expect it when we confirm your order. After dispatch it takes 2 to 4 working days to metro cities and 4 to 7 to the rest of India. We ship within India only.
I have a referral code from a friend.
Open the link they sent, or type the code in the order form. The discount shows in your total before you order, and comes off the whole order.
Can I cancel an order?
Yes, for a full refund, any time before it is dispatched. After that, tell us within 7 days of delivery if it arrived damaged, doesn't work or is the wrong one, and we replace it or refund you. A parcel lost in transit is replaced at no cost. The refund policy has the details.
Do I need Pro?
No. Pro isn't available yet, and when it is it will be optional. Every Nuhdge card comes with 1 month of Pro free when it launches. When that month ends, the Pro features stop, your card keeps your contacts unlimited, and nothing is deleted.
Does it work on every phone?
Most iPhones from the XS onwards, and Android phones with NFC switched on, open your card with a tap. Any phone with a camera can scan your QR code instead.
What if I lose my card?
Unlink it from your dashboard and taps stop opening your card. Order another whenever you like: your link and your contacts stay exactly as they are.
